At Hällans Health Center, we are looking for a qualified specialist in general medicine who is interested in joining our team! We are looking for a licensed physician who specializes in general medicine. Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required.

This is what you will work with

The work is characterized by meetings with various unique individuals throughout life. The competence includes meeting these individuals of all ages with different health-related issues and independently assessing and treating these, including experiences and complaints that are not caused by definable diseases. In general medicine specialist work, you will also follow an individual's various health problems over time and consider the person's entire life situation in the assessment of health issues. At Hällans Health Center, we have worked with competence exchange for many years, which has allowed other professional categories to have independent clinics where you, as a physician, are an important part of the team as a medical advisor. As a specialist physician in general medicine with us, you contribute knowledge and engagement that makes people feel secure. At the workplace, we have regular physician meetings where we discuss both ethical and medical issues. We support each other and place great focus on a good work environment.

Hällans Health Center has a large geographical catchment area that borders Piteå's neighboring municipalities to the north and west. Today, we have approximately 10,600 registered citizens at our health center. We are about 50 employees and have several different professional categories represented at our workplace. The health center has 3 special accommodations for the elderly, about 150 home care patients, and 12 LSS accommodations.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position. Working hours are during the day. On-call duties may occur. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.

Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
